As a designer, your name will be proudly displayed on a placard next to your creation, offering a unique opportunity to showcase your talent and creativity, promote your business, and demonstrate your commitment to our communities.

Trees, wreaths, and garlands are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t delay!

• Early Bird Designer Registration: Fully complete and submit your Designer Agreement by September 1, 2025.  All Early Bird Registrations will receive a Junior League “Thank You” gift.
• Final Designer Registration: Fully complete and submit your Designer Agreement by October 1, 2025.

Once you submit your Designer Agreement, a member of the Trees, Wreaths, and Decorations (TWD) Committee will contact you with additional information and arrangements.

Designers have the opportunity to receive:

• General admission tickets to the 2025 Festival of Trees.
• Tickets to the exclusive Premiere Night held on Friday, November 14, 2025.

The money raised during our annual fundraiser supports our mission of advancing women’s leadership for meaningful community impact through volunteer action, collaboration, and training.
