The Festival of Trees Gift Shop is a favorite stop for attendees looking to kick off their holiday shopping—and we’d love to feature your business! As a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to share your unique products with hundreds of visitors during this festive and well-loved community event.

Booth Information:

• 1 booth is equal to two 8ft tables, 2 chairs and table skirt.
• Cost: $750.00 per booth for the 3-day event.  Booths can be shared between vendors.
• Deadline: Fee & Contract must be postmarked by September 30, 2025.

Please note:

• Booth reservations will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis, with some exclusions to prevent product duplication.
• The Junior League of the Great Lakes Bay Region reserves the right to refuse any reservation for any reason, including but not limited to the nature of the product line.
• No refunds will be issued for vendor cancellations of any kind.
• The booth fee is a flat rate; there are no commission sales.
• All items sold must be family friendly.
